CPM Group is a group of companies including Canadian Project Managers, Competent Project Management, Marketing & Investment International (IMM). The group companies have been acting in the project management field in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Lebanon since 2007. Construction Project Management is the core business of the group that also provides the Lead Consultants and/or Main Contractors with specific commercial services including contract management, planning, cost control, and claim assessment.

CPM Group Director, Hani Salameh is the former Vice President and Area Manager of Projacs-Abu Dhabi, then he was the manager of the QPI project management company, a subsidiary of Projacs and Al Qudrah Holdings in Abu Dhabi. In 2007, Hani and partners founded CPM. In addition to his management role in the group, Hani is also leading directly the contract department.

Our founding partners are a group of Project Management professionals with worldwide experience since 1985. These partners have been in UAE and the Gulf area since 2000. Our shareholders are 51% UAE Nationals and 49% Canadian Partners.

CPM Group is certified for unlimited budget projects in U.A.E. It is an ISO 9001:2008 registered company; CPM Group also boasts joint venture partnership agreements throughout the project management market worldwide. These agreements facilitate the use of resources, expertise, and technical support between companies. One of our joint venture partners is GEMO, a Project Management and Consultancy powerhouse throughout the European Union.

Our Project Management Department has successfully delivered many projects including Hotels, Furnished Apartment Towers, Office Towers, Residential towers, and Villa complexes.

Our Contract Department has provided lead consultants and / or main contractors with full or partial commercial teams including Contract Managers, Planning Managers, Forensic Planners, Cost Controllers, Claim Specialists. Such services are provided on subcontracting basis or seconded staff basis. Our commercial teams are expert in preparing or defending claims. Our staffs are outstanding in their specialties and we can respond to our Client needs in a very short notice period.
